When in Doubt ~ Twist

No matter how you are feeling physically or energetically taking a twist (any of the many variations available) will bring you back to centre.

The benefits of twists physically include: spinal mobility, detoxification, improved digestion, strengthening core muscles, relief from tension, enhanced flexibility
The benefits of twists energetically include: energy flow, mental clarity, emotional release, grounding and entering, cultivating awareness

So whether you have time for a full practice or can only make time for a few minutes of movement make sure you TWIST ➰
