Just like Yoga, community is about connection + unity. Merge the two together and their power is amplified, allowing us to feel safe and supported in our journey

The moment I walked up the stairs and into the studio I knew I’d found my yoga home, such a warm, inviting, calm space that held a beautiful connected community. I started my ‘other side’ to yoga here, after 5 years of yoga being a purely physical practice I went to a workshop ran by Octavio Salvado from The Practice in Bali and discovered meditation, mantra japa and a whole other world of yoga that impacted me in such a positive way bringing inner peace to my life.
I have completed a 200hr teacher training here under the incredible Laura Humphreys, attended many various workshops and practice regularly at Boheme which has many knowledgeable, dedicated teachers teaching from various lineages.
My own practice has deepened and evolved over the past few years from all these offerings - just an amazing, divine place to practice.

Deepest gratitude to Boheme for holding me all these 10 years as I live yoga from the mat + in my life.
I celebrate our journey today + everyday because life is precious + we are precious. It is such a gift to be here together on this journey bringing our unique gifts to the world around us.
So thankful to have found my home & community at Boheme, their doors are always open to everyone, from all walks of life.
A welcoming space for me to just be myself as I continue to explore, experience & grow with their amazing teachers & students.
It is a pleasure & honour to be able to share my life & practice here, with their support & opportunities to evolve my practice in all aspects of life.

The thing that stands out the most to me aboutBoheme is the inclusivity of all people regardless of their experience and the amazing attitudes of the instructors.
There is zero ego, zero showing off, they are all so down to earth and make you feel like you belong there, even if you're not the most flexi person.
They are happy to stay and chat afterwards andI always leave feeling positive and with a happy heart.
You can have a beautiful studio and all the expensive extras but the teachers make a class what it is and the best teachers definitely live here.

Boheme was a haven for me when I moved to the Gold Coast.
I was feeling a little lonely, missing my friends and adjusting to the massive change I had made in my life.
The beautiful teachers an students all made me feel like I was part of a family.
I had a safe space to find my practice again, to heal, to grow, and just be me.

For me Boheme means connection and discovery.
Connecting to myself through movement, breath and stillness.
But also connecting to this community an our teachers with open arms and open hearts.
It means discovery, because every class brings something new, be it in the form or asanas, insights, new friends, or new opportunities.

Boheme for me is a safe space where I can truely let go an feel free to move in a way that feels free.
I always feel I have recalibrated myself whenever I walk out of the studio.
It's my restart button.
