From your first moment on the mat with us we want you to be getting what you need most from your Yoga practice (whether you are clear on that yourself yet or not).
That’s why we offer a guided 40 day journey (or Sadhana) for all new students to Boheme Yoga.
A Sadhana explained simply is a dedicated practice in which you, through your commitment + effort, are able to move through any blocks towards your evolution for your mind, body + spirit.

Wherever you are on your Yoga journey from first class to 10000th we want to support you best when practising with us.
How we do this is with a simple clarity call or in studio chat before your first class, so together we can get clear, put in the right support + experience the Boheme way, most ideally suited to you.
Asking you a few questions, we will find clarity on what you are wanting from your Yoga practice anything from touching your toes, standing on your head, to a complete energetic transformation.
As well as answering any questions you may have around alignment, progressions, injuries, modifications, understanding the how’s + why’s to the way in which we practice or anything you wish to know.
Then together we will map out + schedule your most aligned classes for the month ahead, taking into consideration your individual life commitments + goals.
You will be guided through our Boheme Practice Self Reflection process for classes, along with receiving prompts from us throughout the month ensuring you are receiving optimally for your commitment to yourself through Yoga.
Upon completion of your month of classes we will reassess your initial goals, celebrate your progress + establish where to next on your journey.
