Moon Bathing

As the summer heat is surrounding us, use the practice of Moon Bathing to cool + calm, your mind + body.

Moon Bathing is an Ayurvedic ritual which teaches us our inner balance comes to us from our relationship to the moon.

Moon Bathing:

Promotes relaxation in your mind + body

Reduces the effects of stress + anxiety

Regulates a womans cycle

Balances your circadian rhythm

Set a day a week to take this practice.

When darkness arrives at the end of the day take yourself outside for

30 minutes to sit in the moons soft light.

Use this time to meditate or practice mindfulness by simply

being fully in the moment.

After your bathing time take a few moments for some reflective journalling

🌝

Then head indoors to prepare for bed time + the most restful of sleeps.

🌝
