At Boheme + Body we made the shift to being an exclusively Yoga focused studio a couple of years ago.
At a time when the life is pushing us constantly to want more, do more, be more, we knew it was time to simplify.
To meet the demands of modern life with the traditions + practices that we know work best + that best support our community.
If you are looking for ways to strengthen your body, build your confidence, have deeper more meaningful relationships, work more productively, release stress, experience positive mental health, heal past pains, transform your energy, manifest your goals or awaken your inner potential.
You don’t need to hire a team of professionals, spend more than you earn, busy yourself trying to do every modalities you see online, or give your power away to “gurus”.
You just need to roll out your mat.

The safety + intensity of our Yoga classes ensures a sustainable practice for your body for life. Whilst we don’t see Yoga as a workout, in Yoga we utilise bodyweight exercises, such as holding postures or flowing sequences, that naturally build functional strength + stability.
This helps create a balanced + integrated strength throughout the body, promoting better posture, muscle tone, improves overall physical well-being including alleviating chronic pain, improving digestion, boosting immunity, encouraging healthier sleep, whilst reducing physical manifestations of stress + anxiety, whilst still offering you opportunity to challenge yourself physically + mentally.
