All you need to do is:
π₯ set a peaceful space with dimmed lightening that you wonβt be disturbed.
π₯ place the candle on a hard surface around eye level where you can sit comfortable to watch it.
π₯ light the flame
π₯ keep a soft gaze watching the subtle flickerings, the difference is colours + softness in the lines. Try not to fidget or blink just watch gently.
π₯ when you feel ready after a few minutes close your eyes + you may see the image of the flame in your minds eye.
You can repeat if you feel drawn to for as long as you like.
