5 Ways to Commit to Your Yoga Practice

No matter how many excuses you have given yourself that you can't practice, when you finish Yoga you never wish you didn't practice + did your chores instead.

Sit down on a Sunday to plan your week ahead, after all the have to have to's are entered put in the things you love to do for you before the things for others. Book your classes into mindbody for full commitment + make life fit in around your practice.

Make your social life your Yoga life, ask a friend you want to catch up with to join you for practice. Or if they wonts organise your catch up before or after class so you can do both.

Pause, notice how you are feeling, then remember how you felt last time you were practicing.

Connect to that feeling, that will help you get there.
