Practices to end your day…

At the end of the day what do you do to let it all go + give yourself a fresh start⠀⠀⠀

Personally I love a long beach walk, letting the water wash over my feet + fresh air on my face or if I’m really tired a long hot shower to wash everything off.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s important to have little rituals that allow us to reset. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s some more suggestions for you:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• journaling about your day include what you are proud of yourself for doing or being in the day⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• writing a gratitude list⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• walk barefoot on the beach⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• yoga to shift the days energy + come back to you⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• write your to do list for tomorrow so things are off your mind till then⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• phone call chat with a friend or family member that lights you up ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• dance in your room, loud music, free movement, high vibes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• anything that let’s you feel free⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
