Nourish your Being, replenish your radiance and awaken clarity + inspiration during this special monthly offering. The ancient art of Yoga Nidra is known and practiced for it's supreme ability to reach the deeper layers of consciousness, where we can access sublime rest + receptivity.

A healing pause in the business of life.

During this deeply traditional practice you will be guided through the subtle layers of the body + mind into a heavenly dreamless sleep. Where the body sleeps, the mind sleeps, yet awareness remains.

Beginning with a short relaxed movement practice to release stores of energy held within the joints and glands of the physical body, this experience is then taken from a reclined Savasana-like position.

Melt.

What to bring:

You will find mats and bolsters at the studio though to get the most from your experience please bring

• a blanket or towel (for folding behind the head)

• a second blanket, throw or sarong for placement over the body and feet

• a cloth for gently placing over the eyes

• yoga mat if you prefer your own

What to wear:

• Simply something comfortable to move and lay in
