Join Aimee for The Art of Practice: an immersion into all things ‘daily ritual’ where you’ll break down a fool-proof approach to crafting a simple yet effective personal practice (Sadhana) that enriches your life AND is possible to stick to. 

In an ever-changing world, the simple act of returning to a practice each day can become a great source of steadiness and stability. 

A daily practice can also provide a consistent opportunity to reflect and align with goals and intentions, to get to know yourself better, and to nurture your personal relationship with Divinity – whatever that means to you. All of this supports life becoming a whole lot more connected, meaningful, and magical. 

Based on a blend of Vedic, yogic, and modern teachings, The Art of Practice with Aimee will guide you to:

- Explore key elements to inspire an effective daily practice and understand how to choose what feels authentic and relevant to you. We touch on everything from meditation, to breathwork, mantra, grounding/earthing, journaling, how to set an altar, prayer and offering, affirmations, energy clearing, card reading… and more. You’ll also learn how different styles and approaches lead to different effects and outcomes.


- Identify your personal goals for the next 12-18 months and how to structure a simple yet potent practice to support you to achieve them. The yogic term for this is setting a Sankalpa, a practice which holds a special and highly esteemed place in the ancient teachings.

- Practical tools and tricks to keep you showing up for yourself each day, including strategies originating from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. From adapting to fit a daily practice into a busy work/ family / personal schedule, to overcoming situations that may have previously stopped you from practicing… we cover it all.

You’ll walk away from this workshop with a personalised practice template that you can evolve over time to support and nurture you on your dharmic path. 

The workshop will include short yoga asana, meditation, breathwork and ritual practices throughout as well as yummy nibbles and tea. A well-rounded, nourishing morning to learn and connect!

You will receive a 40+ page workbook with practice templates and examples to inspire and support your practice into the future, and unlimited contact with Aimee post-workshop for support along your journey. 

You also have the option to join the group in a 40-day Sadhana (spiritual practice) challenge, which includes a Facebook group to inspire along the way and Zoom chat at the end to share your experiences.
