We’ll also learn the science behind breath retentions (holds) and how they can deepen your practice.
(Note; you don’t have to have attended Workshop #1 to come! We will always briefly cover the basics of breath practices in every workshop )
This workshop is the second in a series where we'll explore the ins and outs of breathing, to support your deeper understanding of how breath practices can enhance your life and your personal practice. In each workshop you'll learn a new breath technique – what it does, why it works, and how to do it, and receive some helpful info to take home with you.
