In this workshop you learn how to build a daily home practice utilising Yoga asana for physical strength.

We build the foundation of a strong + stable physical body. With the focus on fitness, alignment + safety in a more exercise minded movement. Incorporating repetition + a twist on traditional postures with juicy vinyasa flows.

We will spend time exploring the postures, movements, modifications, accessibility + your practice goals.

You will leave with your own personal practice.

A potent practice which can be completed in under 30 minutes that will leave you feeling strong, empowered + a little sweaty.
