Kids Yoga ~ Term 4


Our classes are centered around utilising that childish and yogic essence of play to teach poses and bring awareness to the little yogi’s body and improvements in flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and posture.

From an increased physical awareness, children also experience increased mental and emotional awareness, confidence and self esteem.

The teachings learnt on the mat are adapted easily by a child, and parents and teachers notice a more focused, relaxed, peaceful and happy child.
