In this 45 minute class with Divya Darling, we'll talk about the impact laughter has, then we'll do some laughter exercises, because your nervous system can't tell the difference between fake laughter and genuine laughter (and often within seconds of fake laughter it turns into genuine laughter anyway)! No yoga mat or special attire required.
First timers especially encouraged, feel welcome to bring a friend!
