Join Amy a Holistic Counsellor, Yoga + Meditation teacher @whole.withamy for The Balanced Life Goal Setting Session where you’ll learn a simple way to approach all the bog areas of your life; health, career, relationships, self care and more with little daily habits that align with your biggest goals. 

You’ll walk away with a whole life approach action plan, motivation and a community of support beside you. 

This event is by donation with all proceeds going towards our not for profit organisation Chase the Sun Wellbeing. 

Where we share the practice + teachings of Yoga to help empower our local young people giving them their own personal toolkit to help guide them with making healthy decisions, discovering self-awareness, building confidence, resilience + respect for themselves + others.
