Japa Meditation is a mantra based technique using mala beads to guide your repetitions.
Although an individual practice we can enter Sadhana together to feel the support of others + connect with aligned people.
Japa Meditation is an accessible + enjoyable practice easily weaved into your daily schedule.
In this Sadhana together as a community we will invoke the energy of Lakshmi enlivening within us as individuals + as a collective the essence of abundance, inner radiance, contentment, support, generosity, experiencing beauty in everyday life, harmony in relationship with others + all of life.
We will begin the Sadhana with an opening ceremony on Sunday 30th June learning the how’s + why’s of a Japa Meditation Practice, learn about the potency of mala beads, the design + how to care for them, as well as all about Lakshmi.
From 1st July you will then self guide your practice at home or the studio for 40 days, during this period you will have ongoing support, education + opportunity to ask questions within a group WhatsApp so we can connect + hold each other accountable.
Upon completion of the 40 days we will then meet again as a group to share our experiences + formally close the Sadhana on Friday 9th August.

The practice at home will take approximately 15-20 minutes per day + can be broken into three times a day (so 5-7 minutes three times per day).
