A Journey to Heart, will be a deeply healing experience which releases fear, judgment, trauma and self doubt through the practice of Kriya Yoga, Breathwork, movement, sound and connection. These sacred, ancient teachings from the Himalayas assist in cultivating a state of deep presence and invite the experience of love and bliss.

WHAT IS SATTVA YOGA?

Sattva in Sanskrit means whole.

With its roots in the timeless Vedantic and Tantric Traditions, Sattva Yoga incorporates all essential practices and teachings of yoga in a radically holistic and powerful way. The unique and potent practice includes physical postures Hatha Yoga, powerful breath work techniques , Kundalini kriyas ( coming from the tantric tradition), Mantra, Meditation, freedom movement and radical wisdom. Sattva Yoga integrates the science of Hatha and Kriya Yoga from ancient lineages, incorporating Vinyasa Chikitsa (Purification) sequencing, so each journey has a subtle cellular shift, dynamic mind-body experience, as well as a mindful meditative experience.

These practices are designed to awaken each practitioner to their True nature. They increase strength, build vitality and create mental clarity. They help raise our consciousness and enable us to live a life full of joy and possibility. It is a practice of opening the mind and heart to the brilliance of life.

ABOUT DIANE

Diane spent time in India, training under the guidance of her current Master teacher, Anand Mehotra, and immersing herself in the Sattva Yoga teachings. After discovering the potency of the yog-vedantic techniques, she made a commitment to ensure that these powerful teachings were shared with the community and available for those who were ready to heal and evolve.

Diane has been teaching and leading globally in the fitness & wellness industry for over ten years. Her passion and purpose is to empower others to discover their true potential and to experience a life full of love, joy and possibility.
