Tantra Yoga – The Psychology of Transformation with Brad Hay

Traditional Tantra Yoga is both a world view, and a science to essentially embody and integrate the worldview into reality.

These ancient wisdom teachings are possibly more relevant now than ever before in our modern and rapidly shifting paradigm.

With an amplitude of both internal and external challenges it’s crucial to become as stable, resilient, intuitive, and powerful as we possibly can to navigate life more skilfully and with grace. This is where Tantra thrives.

One powerful and practical aspect of the tantric system is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is not a style of Yoga, it’s a system of techniques that have a great effect on managing or controlling energy. These techniques include asana (postures), pranayama (breath), bandhas (energy locks), kriyas (techniques), mudras (seals), mantra (sacred words), meditation, lifestyles, diet, attitude etc. There are endless ways in which we can use these methods to best suit our needs and goals.

This is the Science and Energetics of Hatha Yoga.

In this 3 hour workshop you will gain a clear and solid foundation of what Traditional Tantra has to offer you.

We will dive into some of the key principles of Tantra and how to utilise them in your life.

We’ll also look at the science subtle body and how the practices powerfully effect our function and ability to control our lives more.

There will be a Tantric Hatha Yoga practice including asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation during the workshop.
