Join Tess for a transformative 3 hour immersion combining Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Reiki.
This carefully crafted experience invites you to slow down and completely recalibrate in a deeply nurturing way.
During the immersion, Tess will guide you through long-held Yin Yoga poses that stretch and open the body, helping to release deep tension and encourage more mobility.
Followed with restorative postures supported by props, where you'll find space to rest, reset and restore your energy.
As you settle into these calming practices, Reiki energy will be provided to promote healing & balance.
The combination of Yin, Restorative Yoga and Reiki works to harmonize the body’s energy, leaving you feeling grounded, rejuvenated and at ease.
This session is open to all levels, with no prior Yoga experience necessary.
