Cara’s Classes are:

My classes combine gentle, strong, and explorative elements. Using myofascial integrated alignment (MIA), I creatively sequence classes to bring harmony and balance to the body.

Hands-on assists are an integral part of my teaching and I use them to offer guidance for depth or alignment. I teach and encourage students to connect with their bodies and minds on this beautiful journey of self-discovery while I share my own insights along the way. I am with you every step of the way. I break down complex poses so that they are easy to understand and learn. You will progress at your own pace as your body and mind open, and your strength and flexibility improve.

Cara loves Yoga because:

I believe there is a deep-rooted connection between what happens on my mat and what transpires in my life.

Yoga is a mind and body practice; it integrates movement with intention, complete presence, focus on the breath, awareness of bodily sensations, and a quieting of the mind.

Yoga brings me home to myself; it simultaneously ignites the fire and the peace within me.

To me, yoga feels like a full-body embrace—it has transformed my life in the best way possible.
