He teaches a strong and dynamic class of yoga incorporating the teaching of inversions and arm balances for those looking to advance their yoga practice, building strength, mobility and mindfulness whilst still bringing an atmosphere of playfulness and a light hearted approach to create a safe and caring environment to overcome limiting thought patterns, mental blocks and the fear that is associated with these more dynamic postures.

He also teaches a slow gentle and rejuvenating style of flow. Allowing you to fully connect into the breath and release tension from the body with grounding and centring dialogue to bring a calmness and peace for you to disconnect from the external world and stresses that plague us in this modern lifestyle, healing and restoring both the body and the mind, creating safety in a loving and caring environment.
