Learn Vedic rounding with Caroline from The Still (https://www.the-still.co/about). Vedic rounding (https://www.the-still.co/rounding) is an advanced technique for those Vedic / Transcendental meditators who feel ready to deepen their meditation practice or are looking for extra nervous system support.
A round is comprised of a series of gentle yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. The asana and pranayama prepare the body for a deep dive in meditation, soaking your nervous system in your natural bliss chemistry.
During a round the body lets go of deeply wound stress and fatigue; as a result we feel more relaxed, energised, happier and mentally clear.
No yoga experience is required - these are very gentle, easy postures with adaptations available where needed.
The program:
Learn the art of rounding: instruction in rounding by a qualified yoga teacher, followed by a group round
Going home program with detailed notes
