The Yin Journey

Let Yin weave its magic as you practice it's gentle long holds while lying or sitting down, and being guided by your own somatic intelligence.

Yin is like an internal serum for our bodies and minds. It is the soft breath of awareness, and the elixir of freedom.

In our two hour Yin Journey, we slow our breathing and nervous system down with Pranayama, we go through a sequence of 3 - 5 minute holds, we take savasana to a whole new level with the deep relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra, and we finish with a beautiful guided meditation.

Through Yin we are given the opportunity to feel into our depth, to meet ourselves where we are at, and to embody the flow of prana and compassion through conscious movement.
