Return to your Self: Cultivating Confidence Workshop 

 Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of therapy that focuses on understanding and harmonizing the different parts of our psyche. The goal of IFS Therapy is to help individuals develop and return to their true "Self". Your true self is the calm, centered, confident version of you – naturally curious and compassionate. 

You know those days when you feel calm and grounded, experiencing a 'flow' state where things feel effortless and you respond calmly, confidently navigating whatever is thrown your way? That's who you truly are. 

 Megan Pasierbek, also known as Coach Megs, is a local IFS Therapy Practitioner, Wellness Coach, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Facilitator. Passionate about guiding individuals back to their true "Self" and accessing their inner resources with IFS, Megs brings her class to our studio to offer an Intro talk into IFS therapy, followed by a powerful guided meditation based on Internal Family Systems Therapy principles to explore parts of yourself and cultivate more confidence. 

This workshop is designed to help heal the part of yourself that struggles with insecurity or second-guessing, empowering you to embrace your authentic self with greater assurance and self-assurance.
