This class is designed as a deeper experience of pranayama + meditation techniques to deepen your practice + your life. Each week will have a specific theme that we will be addressing + aligning to while using a range of traditional techniques to guide you there.
Understanding + being able to effectively create a pranayama practice gives us the ability to cultivate prana (or energy) + learn to direct it where you need it most.
After our pranayama practice we will meditate.
Each month exploring a different technique from the Vedic + Traditional Tantra Hatha lineage including mantra, silent, kriya, relaxation + mindfulness that pairs with the specific pranayama.
Consistent pranayama + meditation practice will impact both physical health (think digestion, immunity, lower blood pressure, increase sleep quality) + mental health (reduce stress, anxiety, depression, increase clarity, calm + contentment) while bringing you into energetic alignment with the life you want to live.
To complete your practice we will take time in rest, to experience the full energetic impact + nourish in the energy you have created.
