A gentle evening between the fullness of life to take rest in the Madhya, the pause or the space in between.

Guided by Amy + supported in circle with community we take this time to reflect, reset + rest.

There has to be a middle. Without it, nothing can ever truly be whole.

Because it is not just the space between, but also what holds everything together.

During this special session, you are taken through guided reflective journaling, committing to your intention + inspired action for the end of year to support you landing in the new year feeling ready + aligned to your highest life vision.

Followed by restorative yin practice with selected postures honouring the end of Spring + approaching Summer energy, then we take deep rest in yoga nidra, while receiving energy healing to align your energy to your vision.

A much needed time of stillness + connection to self as we know that when life gets busy + pulls us this way + that, what we need to do most is pause.
