Led by Amy, Yoga instructor and director of Boheme + Body yoga studio, and Khianna, a passionate women’s health naturopath, specialising in hormonal balance, gut health, anxiety, and burnout, this event is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate deeper awareness of your body’s needs. The session will include a restorative yoga class, a flow through wellness stations including an infrared sauna, led lounge, and vibration pad, insightful discussions on the nervous system, and practical tools you can take home to continue nourishing your well-being.
