This workshop is open to all levels and will cover:
~ Glute and hamstring conditioning for strong and healthy backbends
~ Mobility drills for upper back and shoulders
~ Backbending energetics and metaphysics
~ Advanced backbends, Fun variations and transitions including
- Wheel
- Forearm Balance
- Dropbacks
- Handstands & more!
~ Prop and partner based adjustments and assists
