Milly’s classes are:

an invitation to feel your bodies ability to move through dynamic + flowing practice.

The incorporation of Yoga Philosophy provides a basis to ensure understanding of the pranic implications of asana practice + the harnessing of this energy in a purposeful way.

Practice is recognised as an opportunity of inquiry into the inner energetic workings of the self + Milly aims to always bring practice back to this intention.

Milly loves Yoga because:

it is a most sacred time where she finds her still. She describes discovering the teachings of yoga and the practice of asana to be the path that guided her to her home within- an understanding we can be pulled away from quite regularly and for which we are offered quick fixes repeatedly.

The practice offers stability and steadiness within life’s variability. It offers her strength, but also softness. Expansion, but also withdrawal. Growth but also grounding. Realising through practice capabilities of both body and mind that she never thought possible, Milly approaches future practice with open-mindedness and curiosity to see it develop further. .

Milly’s Training + Experience:

Milly has completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and 50hr Yin Teacher training, all within the loving Boheme family! Implementing the knowledge cultivated within the trainings of Laura Humphreys and Sofia Quintero, you’ll leave with a dose of knowledge on the teachings of yoga as well as newfound space and peace in your physical and energetic body.
