Body Bliss Women's Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is one of the most beneficial modalities for women. It creates a cascade of wonderful effects that drastically reduce stress, calm anxiety, balance hormones, help with weight reduction, ease menstrual and menopause challenges, and create a deep sense of spaciousness in our otherwise busy lives.

You will leave this class feeling cleansed, deeply nourished and ready for life ahead.

Please know that this session is open to every woman regardless of age, size, flexibility, or experience ~ you are welcome just as you are.

Who is this class for?

If you feel you are overweight, inflexible, or have pain in your body, this yoga class is for you.

Restorative Yoga is a practice of setting up your body in comfortable shapes supported by pillows. All the shapes we do bring on the 'relaxation response' in your body, and you will drift into a deep sense of ease. Because this practice is not about flexibility, strength or anything remotely physically complicated, it can literally be done by anyone. I have guided many diversely-able women into deep peace ~ you are already perfect and are welcome just as you are.
