We pride ourselves on offering a range of styles to suit all ages and stages of your Yoga practice.

Our classes are for everybody and our teachers will assist you in each class to offer you best adjustments and variations to support and guide your practice and development for your individual needs.

All our classes are for one hour to make it easy to add into your life schedule and our timetable is designed to encourage you to layer classes together when you can, staying for 2 hours for a dreamy Boheme + yin combination, or yang + Boheme flow.

All our classes are designed to relax you to the state where the Yoga can really begin on + off the mat.

 

Boheme

Our personal flavour of yoga practice. Combining all the elements of breath, mind + body control to bring peace, strength + flexibility to you. A combination of pranayama, vinyasa, restorative postures, mindfulness + relaxation with our personal touches to bring you to your natural highest alignment.

Yin

A slow and steady practise where the magic of your body comes to life. Holding each pose for 3-5 minutes allowing your body to fall into a comfortable state while increasing flexibility and circulation through a passive nourishing practise. A perfect place to balance the busyness of life and power of your other physical practises by giving back to you. You will leave this class feeling soothed, nurtured and whole.

Yang

This vigorous yoga flow will tone, sculpt and lengthen your muscles helping you gain strength and flexibility. This class will make you energised, increase your stamina and transform your body to one of balance and strength. This type of practice allows you to increase your fitness level while keeping the mindfulness of a Yoga practice. Challenge yourself + get fit the yoga way!

Kids Yoga

Our classes are centered around utilising that childish and yogic essence of play to teach poses and bring awareness to the little yogi’s body and improvements in flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and posture. From an increased physical awareness, children also experience increased mental and emotional awareness, confidence and self esteem. The teachings learnt on the mat are adapted easily by a child, and parents and teachers notice a more focused, relaxed, peaceful and happy child.

Private Practice

Personalise your practice with a one on one session with one of our teachers. Be guided through a personalised series designed to meet your unique body needs and desires. Together we can set goals and achieve them utilising Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation focusing on your natural alignment and any blockages to ensure you are getting the most for your overall wellness.
