The Yin + Yang of Yoga

Join Nati + Amy as they come together to share The Yin + Yang of Yoga.

Beginning with a dynamic Vinyasa practice, creating heat in the body, getting the prana flowing and connecting movement and breath.

We will then move into a nourishing Yin practice so we can get deeper into the postures, to target the connective tissue, create space in the joints and release tension and stress in mind and body.
