Living Yoga

Living Yoga is a 4 hour workshop that takes you beyond your mat and explores the implementation of Yogic principles into your every day life. 

Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and how these teachings are relevant to our modern life. 
Dive into the ancient, yet timeless, system of Ayurveda and uncover your Dosha. 
Finally, put the pieces together as you cultivate Sattva in all areas of your life.

This workshop is theory based, and is suitable for all. Come along with an open heart and mind, and be prepared to let go of any preconceptions that you might have about what it is to be a Yogi.
