When you discover the power and the wisdom that resides within you, it is like coming home.

In this 1 and a half hour workshop with @kirstennielsenyoga we focus on opening and balancing our third eye chakra, Ajna in Sanskirt, located between the eyebrow centre. When this chakra is open, we can trust our inner guidance, we are intuitive yet grounded and we can see clearly what needs to be seen. Transcending the action of over-thinking and stepping into feeling, trusting and believing is the basis of this practice.

Evolving into deep meditation to enhance self introspection and connect to our inner vision.

As Ajna is deeply connected to the nervous system we will be sealing the practice with some juicy yoga nidra, yogic sleep, a full body relaxation where all the benefits of the practice can be soaked in.
