Join Nati as she leads you through the journey to Find Your Inner Warrior.

We will be covering:

- Warrior I, II & III fundamentals: breaking down each posture and explaining correct Alignment, intention and variations to improve these postures when in a vinyasa or flow practice.

- Variations of each warrior: using wall and props.

- Setting intentions for each pose to create awareness and mindfulness.

- Tips on how to find peace in postures that can be challenging.

- Warrior flows to create heat in the body and connect with our inner strength.

- Finishing with a meditation focused on activating manipura chakra.
