Then our 4 week beginner program is just what you need!
Each week we will explore the fundamentals of the postures, breath work, meditation alongside the philosophy and how to integrate the ancient teachings into modern life.
This will be an intimate group size allowing the time to break down the postures to find your best alignment, explain those yoga terms you hear and may not understand and help you to build your confidence for classes and home practice.
Our first class starts 7pm Thursday 14th March and will run for 3 consecutive weeks.
