Pranayama 101

Join mollie on an exploration of the practice of pranayama. 

She will guide you through several methods of breathing techniques used in yoga, and provide you with all the tools you need for a safe self practice. One of mollie’s favourite quotes is "the way that you breathe is the way that you live." Pranayama is the yogi’s best life-hacking tool to manage stress and be an efficient human being. This workshop is excellent for anyone who is looking to find peace within the mind, and optimise overall health and well-being. 

About the Facilitator : 
Mollie Cox is the founder of Jala Yoga, a movement dedicated to reconnecting individuals to themselves, and in turn to the planet. She facilitates many events and regular classes around the Gold Coast, including the beautiful Boheme and Body. She has extensive experience in holding space for the psycho-emotional and energetic transformation that yoga initiates, as well as a thorough understanding of the Anatomy of the human body and the way it moves. 
Molllie is a RYT-590 hour yoga teacher with 3.5 years teaching experience and 10 years of practice. She assists her teacher Yogacharya Lalit in teaching on a Yoga Teacher Training in India a couple of times a year. She is also a Qualified Body Work + Massage therapist with 9 years experience and an Environmental Activist/ Marine conservationist based in Burleigh Heads.
