For me Yoga means union, connection. Within ourselves and others. It is learning about ourselves through every practice. It is about growth, observation and evolve as a spiritual beings. Yoga has helped me so much, from dealing with physical injuries to emotional traumas, and I want to share that with the world.
Yoga is my life and is reflected in everything I do.
My classes are a fun flow practice. Where we move with the breath, with peak
poses or challenges to take your practice to the next level. You will gain
strength and flexibility in your body and in our mind. A strong yang practice
finishing by finding the yin. Recovery asanas, savasana and mindfulness.
