Emma is an 500hr experienced yoga teacher with training in trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, and yoga for the mental and emotional health benefits. She's also a skydiver, freediver, surfer, vegan and all-around life enthusiast! Emma first found yoga as a therapy for anxiety and depression and it changed her life. Her mission is to now share yoga as a path to health, healing and happiness. Expect gentle heart-centred classes with an emphasis on the breath and mindful movement.
